These terms govern the use of clubcentered.co.za, operated by Lighthub, South Africa. By using this website you accept them.

1. What these terms cover

These terms govern your use of the clubcentered.co.za website. They do not govern the ClubCentered platform itself: each club's use of the platform is governed by the written agreement between that club and Lighthub, and members' use of their club's system is governed by that agreement together with any terms and declarations the club configures. Where those agreements apply, they take precedence over these terms. By using this website you accept these terms; if you do not accept them, please do not use the site.

2. Using this site

You may use this site only for lawful purposes. You may not attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site or related systems, probe or test their security, interfere with their operation, scrape or bulk-harvest content, or misrepresent who you are when contacting us.

All content on this site — text, design, logos, the ClubCentered name and mark — belongs to Lighthub and may not be reproduced or reused without written permission. Names and marks of third parties (payment providers, sporting bodies) belong to their respective owners and appear for identification only.

3. Demo requests and third-party links

Submitting the demo-request form is an enquiry, not a contract. We aim to respond promptly but do not commit to response times, and we may decline an enquiry at our discretion. Any trial, pilot or subscription that follows is entered into under a separate written agreement, and nothing on this site constitutes an offer with fixed pricing or features — features and plans described here may change.

This site may link to third-party websites (for example payment providers or sporting bodies). Those sites are outside our control and we are not responsible for their content or practices.

4. Disclaimers and liability

This website is provided “as is”. While we keep it accurate, information may change or contain errors, and we do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted or error-free.

To the extent permitted by South African law — including the Consumer Protection Act where it applies — Lighthub is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from your use of, or inability to use, this website. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

5. General

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa, and the South African courts have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them. If any provision is found unenforceable, the rest remain in force. We may update these terms from time to time; the version published on this page, with its effective date, is the one that applies.
